Returns

• Not completely satisfied with your new item(s)? Please register your return, stating your order number, via hello@godlystore.com. You must ensure that your return is registered within 14 days; after registration, the return must be delivered to us within 14 days.
  
  
• Return your package with the completed return form.
  
  
• Unfortunately, we cannot exchange orders for a different size. Of course, you can place a new order on the website.
  
  
• Free items you receive as a result of a Godly Store promotion must also be returned to us; if you wish to keep the item, costs will be charged for it.

• Return costs are at your own expense.

• The shipping risk is for the buyer; we recommend using track & trace.

• Returns are processed within 14 days.

• If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged when returned.
