Terms And Conditions

Article 1 – Offers

1.1 All offers on www.godlystore.com are free of obligation and only apply as long as stocks last unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.2 Offers do not automatically apply for any subsequent orders.

1.3 Special promotions or discounts cannot be combined with each other or with any fixed customer discount


Article 2 – Prices

2.1 The prices listed include 21% VAT and shipping costs.

2.2 All prices are subject to price changes and/or typing errors.

2.3 Changed prices do not influence any placed prior orders.


Article 3 – Shipping Costs

3.1 Shipment in the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders from 75 Euro; below 75 Euro, you will pay € 5,- in shipping costs (registered post)

3.2 Godly Jewels also reserves the right to, in special cases including returns/exchanges, charge shipping costs.


Article 4 – Payment

4.1 We will ship your order as soon as we have received your payment and have the item in stock.

4.2 With iDeal, you are sure of safe and easy checkout of your online purchases. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment based on specific security methods of your own bank.

4.3 You can also pay safely and directly using your PayPal account.

4.4 You can also transfer your payment in the standard way to: Rabobank account number 141887737 attn. Godly Jewels in Eindhoven


Article 5 – Shipment

5.1 The ordered items will generally be offered for shipment within 2 working days after receiving the order.

5.2 Godly Jewels packages the jewellery in a sturdy gift package. Every item will be delivered in a sturdy box by registered post.

5.3 The shipment will be confirmed to you by e-mail.

5.4 Godly Jewels strives to deliver all jewellery from stock. However, should it be the case that a jewel is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by telephone or e-mail. If the expected delivery time is unacceptable for you, you can cancel the order at no charge. In all cases, you can cancel the order at no charge after a period of 30 days in which no delivery has been made. After cancellation, you will be paid back as soon as possible, but always within 7 days.


Article 6 – Returning/Exchanging

6.1 You have a cooling down period of seven working days to return the product without providing a reason with the exception of ear fashion products that cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

6.2 Within 24 hours after receipt, you need to indicate by e-mail which items you wish to exchange and subsequently return these items to us within 7 days unworn, undamaged, in the original packaging packaged in a sound manner and adequately stamped. The costs for these return shipments are to be paid by you.

6.3 After receipt of the return shipment, Godly Jewels will pay back the purchase amount minus any prior shipping costs to you within seven days (see art. 3.2-3.3).

6.4 Free items received because of a Godly Jewels promotion can also be returned to use via a returns shipment (you can keep the product in case of an exchange).

If you would like to keep the free product in case of returning, then you will be charged for this (value of the products).


Article 7 – Warranty

7.1 The warranty provision is based on the applicable law in which we, in case of faults, first exchange or repair the products. If a product cannot be repaired or if the exchanged product also shows faults, you can return the products and be remunerated the full purchase amount (excl. shipping costs).

7.2 The warranty applies to material and production faults. Breaks and scratches as well as other damage caused by wearing the jewellery is excluded. The above is at the exclusive evaluation of Godly Jewels.

7.3 If you can claim under the warranty provision, you will receive the repaired item or a new item, or, if the item is no longer part of the collection, you will receive a similar jewel of your choice from the collection of Godly Jewels.

7.4 When using this warranty, you must always first contact us at [email protected] prior to the return shipment. The e-mail should contain your request for repairs or exchange in information on the defects. Mention your order number, name, address and city and the item in question.


Article 8 – Liability

8.1 The content of the online store and other expressions of Godly Jewels have been composed with the greatest care. However, Godly Store cannot ensure that specific information is correct and/or complete. Godly Jewels is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information unintentionally provided.

8.2 Godly Jewels is not liable for colour deviations as a result of screen quality.

8.3 Godly Jewels does not provide actual size pictures of the jewellery for visibility on your computer screen. The actual dimensions of the jewellery are displayed as correctly as possible in the description of the jewel in question. Godly Jewels is not liable for dimension differences between the photos and the actual jewel or for measuring faults in the indicated description.


Article 9 – Force Majeure

Not withstanding the other applicable rights, Godly Jewels has the right, in case of force majeure, to suspend the execution of your order or to terminate the agreement without judicial intervention by means of a written notice. Suspension and/or termination can take place without Godly Jewels being obliged to pay any form of compensation.


Article 10 – Alteration of General Terms and Conditions

The latest version or the version as it applied at the time the agreement entered into effect always applies.


Article 11 – Applicable Law and Disputes

11.1 Only the Dutch law applies to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply as well as to these Terms and Conditions.

11.1 For complaints, you can send a written letter to Godly Jewels, Ruysdaelbaan 7A 5642JJ Eindhoven.

11.3 Disputes between parties can be brought before the competent court in question.
